An estimate based on fingertip units (0.5 g covers two palms), applied twice a day. Your doctor decides the amount.

How the estimate works

We use fingertip units: one fingertip unit (about 0.5 g) covers two adult palms, about 2% of the body. The estimate assumes a thin layer twice a day and is capped at the label maximum: 60 g a week from age 12, or 60 g every two weeks for eczema in children aged 2 to 11.
